I already have planned dragging a header and it’s content under it and if you drag a bullet list bringing its children with.

Thank you for the amazing work. I've just found that Obsidian block-ref support bullet list refs with children with proper placement of the block refs. I'm adding the related discussion as a reference below: https://forum.obsidian.md/t/add-recursive-block-embeds-for-lists/8771/4
