Add trivia questions through active admin #15

Similar to the organizations tab, we should be able to add trivia questions to the active admin dashboard and load them to the app through there. Here is the spreadsheet of trivia questions:

column :distractor_1
column :distractor_2
column :tag

Tags (these are the categories, users should be able to select from one of these categories before they play the game): (1)Animals (2)General Knowledge (3)Geography (4)History (5)Literature (6)Movies (7)Pop Culture (8)Science (9)Sports (10) Television
