[841] Add opacity to location background images

I think this is what this ticket meant, not sure.

Made the image backgrounds opaque, like the rest of the sections.

Oh I think I see what this ticket means. For the view that pops up when you click the location section, not the location section on the main page.

I'll leave the current changes on this pr, because I think it's still valuable.
