back button doesn't work when page is moving #1054

It seems like a feature of Polymer. I also tried this on the interest dialog box on the iPhone; the box did not open, and just like the BACK button, it merely stopped the page from moving.

While it would be theoretically possible to override this, we might need to employ jQuery Mobile to track the user's movements because mobile scrolling is different from computer scrolling. The scroll methods for jQuery and jQuery Mobile are also different in function.
