Add hover css for tokens. #1070

Ran polybuild. Verified hover states.

Only thing I am seeing when I hover is a wider shadow, and only when I hover on the company section.

Additionally some, but not all, of the social media buttons have a working raise on hover.

Can I get a little more information on the desired effects of the hover?

Sure. Basically we want things to to look like they move up toward the user's pointer when it's hovered over them.

Which parts of the token do we want this effect to take place on?

All the things which can appear on the main page, i.e. company section, recruiter section, social media, video section, location section(s), etc.
