Zillow & Sperling links not working in IE #1164

Description

Jim from LHI reported links not working in IE.

Expected behavior

Links work.

Actual behavior

Apparently they are doing nothing.

His user agent:

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; WOW64; Trident/7.0; rv:11.0) like Gecko

which is IE 11 it looks like.

This fix worked for "Cost of Living", but "Housing" is still erroring rather than going to Zillow:
