Giftbox v1.14.1

much needed complete refactoring of token Javascript
required subject line to send emails to list (old Robby PR)
tracking all token clicks by HTML tag, token & visitor_cookie
fixed bug on the send token page preventing screenshot upload
broken token no longer accessible in IE < 10 (Polymer not supported)
example video opens YouTube app on iPhone
example video opens YouTube app on Android in Firefox (but not Chrome)
