Job 39's name isn't Oracle.

Check TacText's "Job Names" table.

Fixed a bunch of other text mismatches.

Notes:

For some reason, job 98's name is Holy Dragon. FFTPatcher lists it as blank.
PSX's Ability 0x100 (256) Shock should be Shock!. The exclamation point might be a problem for the parser, though.
0x139 Pooh should be Pooh-. The trailing dash might be a problem?
"Cannot Enter Water" => "(Cannot Enter Water)", because the skill name is actually blank.
Use correctly incorrect names for Move/Walk on Water.
I did not fix expanded names (e.g. "Thnder Brcelet" -> "Thunder Bracelet").

We've got a conflict with FFTacText/Resources/psx.xml and it's weird. I just commited that change manually. I think we need to remove that file from this pull request.
