@natemiller - can you add some text to /treniformis/_assets/GFW/KNOWN_VESSELS explaining
what the source to the reefer list is. If you have some code checked in somewhere, providing a link
to that should be fine.
@pwoods25443 , @natemiller - let me know if you have better idea for a location than KNOWN_VESSELS/REEFERS. My thought was that we could throw a list of vessels that have
been investigated and found not to be fishing in here as well and possibly other things.
