Describe the problem/error: After integration with gpas-cli 0.6.0, user is only able to upload samples from electron client 1.1.4, if tags assigned to user has access flag set to yes. This is a regression , with gpas-cli release 0.5.1 / electron client 1.1.3, user was able to upload samples with tags assigned to the user even if the access flag was not set for the tag.
In the below screenshot tags OCI and Oracle_Site is assigned to the user, but the access flag for those tags are set to NO
Expected behavior: User should be able to upload samples if a tag is assigned to the user
Steps to Reproduce:
Make sure tags OCI and Oracle_Site are assigned to user
Upload a sample with the above tag or upload the attached metadata (NOTE: don't forget to add .fastq.gz files.)
an alternative approach could be to make the error message more clear by adding a note that the problem might be with the access flag setting rather than with the tags themselves
