Description of your suggestion.

Not sure if there is one implemented by default but it doesn't seem like it. The nameplates mod allows to see the increased difficulty as a level, so a config option to set a max level for all mobs would be a good addition.

Isn't there a config option in either rpgdifficulty through those max factors or in nameplate? I am pretty sure this is already doable.

tbh, i dont know where to look for it at configs.
