Frenzy Bugged #1

The HTS Frenzy ability doesn't seem to be working, I had a quick look and the frenzySelf buff is empty. I tried giving it an ApplyBuffToTargetOnWeaponFired for frenzyTarget but that didn't seem to work either.

Thanks Womble. I think I was testing abilities I thought might cause substantial lag and did that so it would in effect be disabled. I must have forgot to change it back. Good find.
