Discord ult rework #23

currently: targets one allied frigate to deal mediocre damage to all nearby enemies when it dies

Is essentially a worse version of the RebelOne ult, or the BAC ult.

Suggested Changes: either

  1. change the ability to target multiple ally ships for slightly reduced damage output (the enemy plays bomb roulette) or
  2. change the ability to do significantly more damage to a smaller number of ships (perhaps scaling with the killed ship's hp?) as a sort of landmine ability or
  3. apply a dps boost of some form to allied ships in range for every ship that dies during a period
