• [x] should show the GoodID card. it shows data we have for existing users, data we dont have, or its new users will use placeholders
• [x] add copy for TOS and what goodID is used for in line with figma design
• [x] If existing user, change headline copy to say "Renew" instead of "Get"

@johnsmith-gooddollar @sirpy The intro screen is a screen we currently skip over when in FVFlow. So with this change, we will remove that skip.
