Description

We need a list where someone is shown all there availabe pools to claim or apply for

Technical Implementation

[x] add hook to fetch pool-details for the pools a user can claim-from
[x] implement a variant of transaction-state-card
- add a variant helper/hook to format PoolDetails to UI appropriate format
- variant should take as prop something like PoolDetails

@decentralauren what is the part of this which is still in design and requirements? I want to start on the claim-flow, likely chop down into a couple smaller issues/tickets
