115 onboard screen #130

Description

A new (onboard) screen will be added in the claim-flow and will be shown/navigated to for users who don't have or need to update their GoodID.

[x] add a new onboard screen aligned with design specs
[x] uses the new goodId card
[x] add hook for retrieving the expiry date
[x] should update copy based on existing/new user account
[x] store fv-sig in storage when signing messages for FV
[x] add inline styles where applicable as theme
