[GoodID-UI]: Video upload screens

Business Description

We need two screens where the first will show video upload instructions, and a thank-you screen after submitting succesfully

As part of the redtent flow the screens should work as follows:

A user is shown the video-instructions screen
- there is next button which triggers the native upload-file screen
- there is a back button where a user can navigate back to the offers screen
after successfully uploading a video file the thank-you screen is shown
- By clicking on the next button a user will be directed to the claim-screen

[x] apply theming aligned with design requirements
[x] an error modal is shown onVideo or onDone fails
[x] should validate file extension (use most common video formats)
[x] should validate file-size. should not be larger then 20MB
[ ] a user is directed to the claim-screen by declining the offer, or successfully uploading a video file

Supported Video Types: ["mp4", "webm", "ogg", "mov", "3gp", "m4v", "avi", "mkv"]

Specify criteria that will be used to determine if the feature meets the requirements and functions correctly.

[ ] (Should include a list of testing points for QA how to verify design/functionality) filled out by the development team or can contain suggestions._
