if a user does not dispute it will continue to OffersAgreement (step 4) or SegmentationConfirmation (step 5) depending on the existing logic
On the screen SegmentationDispute a list of values to dispute are shown.
A user clicks on the values they think are not properly defined.
A user clicks on next and the DisputeThanks screen will be shown.

[x] - Display a list of certificate values to dispute, could be a verified value from a certificate, or 'unverified' when no certificate exists for this type
