Description

This pr contains fixes for the onboard flow

• [x] moved logic from UI to onboard controller
• [x] added onFV callback
• [x] added onSkip callback
• [x] made segmentation flow part of the onboard flow

BugFixes:

• [x] fetching of certificates is now reactive through dexie's Observable hook useLiveQuery
• [x] added missing certificateSUbjects to SegmentationConfirmation screen
