Updated Claim Flow - Add "Claim from other chain" to end of claim flow

Business Description

When the user is claiming from one chain, they should be prompted to then claim from any other chains. When the wallet has not yet claimed from another chain in that claim period, update the post-claim screen to include "claim from X" button.

Detailed Description of Functionality

"Claim from ___" should only display if the user has not already claimed from that chain today (IE only if they are eligible for the claim) Behaviors per platform:
On GoodDapp - user is prompted to switch network, and then brought to the "Claim" flow on the next network showing all eligible pools to claim from
On GoodWallet1 - user is automatically switched to the other network and brought to the "Claim" flow for that network, showing all eligible pools to claim from
