Business Description

For the 'transaction-list' widget used in the claim-flow we need a modal showing pool and transaction details

Detailed Description of Functionality

The main behavior is:

A user clicks on a feed/list item.
A modal opens showing additional details
- Pre-claim list items
  - Show contract/pool details with a link to either/both the contract on the explorer / the pool page on good-collective
- Post-claim list items
  - Show same as pre-claim, but added:
  - Receiver information
  - Transaction hash/details (and link to explorer)

Technical Implementation

[x] Add a modal using the BasicStyledModal approach
[x] this modal should be triggered by clicking on one of the TransactionStateCard using the onTxDetails callback
[x] add explorer-link for contract to celoscan.io/explorer.fuse
[x] add pool-link to goodcollective when its a segmented UBI
[x] add transaction-link to celoscan.io/explorer.fuse
