Description

This pr is using a alpha version of web3-onboard/walletconnect

[x] For metamask requiredChains can only be a single value
[x] Bump onboard to latest versions
[x] This update also makes trustwallet work with (celo/ethereum).. no fuse
[x] sync with upcoming fixes for metamask and switching chains
[x] added fix for our custom wc modules label usage after a recent added validation on the wallet-connect initialization props

@johnsmith-gooddollar @sirpy there is only an alpha package still. and there will be continuous fixes be done by onboard for having it better handle mutlchain connections

The most recent package does have some fixes and I am able to use MM mobile without any major breaking issues (except sometimes a mismatch and connected/selected network)

I think for now we should just merge this with an alpha package and await the final update later for now not much more to do on this one
