Requested Features (for MVP2 Milestone)

[ ] NavBar (up for discussion) login and register buttons.
[ ] On clicking button -> popup with register/login directions
[ ] On Successful Register -> Store information on Vercel Postgrest
[ ] On completing the register form and then login -> implement API and connect with degreePlanner to prevent request for user degree information
[ ] On timeout or shutdown -> Cookie? (or other feature) for logout
[ ] Send email to User with a welcome message

Some implementation of buttons and modals have been implemented. To get started see navBarLogin.jsx.
