#36 Update default values for second major and minor fields #41

This pull request updates the default values for the second major and minor fields in the DegreePlanner component.

To enhance the user experience, the optional fields for the second major and minor now default to 'NA' instead of being empty. This change ensures that users are aware that these fields are optional and can proceed without having to select a value manually.

Set default value of the second major field to 'NA'
Set default value of the minor field to 'NA'

Thank you! Approving changes! Please use camelCase for branch names. patch-updateDefaultValues. Additionally, this is a patch not a minor update. Although, hasn't get been properly specified in the readme yet. #23 .
