Change code and implement a basic responsive (to be revised later) design for three types of devices

[x] The general laptop (this is pertinent to #46 and not this issue),
[ ] The general mobile device
[ ] An intermediate tablet/medium sized device.

This may involve introducing a hamburger bar or a smaller sidebar. We'll leave the implementation details to you. However, they may be modified at a later point.
