Closes #7 and #74

Use localStorage and useEffect to store and load data from localStorage
async used to ensure that each line in initialRender is completed before moving on to the next
Because of the delay, an empty div (blank page) is added when page is not loaded yet. Another thing we can do is add a loading page but unsure if this is needed now.
Added event object to fix the console warning in #74
