A new !moveset command that allows raid attendees to define the moveset the raid boss has and is using. This would allow implementation of #4.

This WIP currently allows...

Setting and storing move types with the raid
Validation on only using !moveset within a raid when a boss is already set.
Validation on only setting moves the pokémon will know based on game master data
Allowing the embed to show the Quick & Cinematic Moveset
Displays a human readable version of the set moves
Adds a moves.json data file for move lists.
Store moveset information from game master with raid data.
Reduce embed fields for Pokemon data.

Mostly looks good - I see just one thing to do with this (as I commented / requested). I'll still want to lunr'ize the lookup at some point I think though. 😛
