Firstly can I say I love the program, think it's fantastic. I also love the 
fact that unlike most 
similar programs on Windows, this one has a decent logo :P.

On the friends list page, I think I would be better if the online friends were 
more clearly 
separated from the offline friends, and similar with friends who are marked as 
"away" or "busy".

The tick boxes to select a friend to be notified of or a game I think should be 
made a little more 
subtle, as they do stand out a lot and sometimes lead me to think that friend 
is online as there is 
a big tick next to him :P.

On the games tab, if there would be a way next to each game if it could display 
perhaps your 
gamerscore out of the total available, number of acheivements, recent 
acheivements, last time 
played - something like this. I doubt you can fit all of them in, but it would 
make me visit that 
page more if it had a little more on it.

I agree with another guy's post as well, the "Setup" screen would be better if 
it showed 
something completely different to show you are definately logged in - perhaps a 
brief summary 
of your gamercard would be good.

Finally, a bug I keep encountering :S. About every 15 minutes I seem to get the 
"Xbox Live not 
responded for 60 seconds." I don't know if this is just my network or if it is 
a problem but it is 
really annoying me. If it's not just me regularly getting this message, and 
getting very annoying 
with the X logo bouncing at the bottom of my screen yelling at me, could you 
perhaps find a way 
to make this more subtle, like putting it as a Growl notification?

The messages tab is brilliant, I think the only improvement for this would be 
to add a "New 
Message" button, as this at the moment is a little unclear.

I love the program also and look forward to these problems being fixed.  The 
biggest
issues for me is the screen telling me that it hasn't been able to log in.  And 
the
user list needs to be sorted in a new way so it is easier to see who is online 
and
who is offline.
