Crash when double-clicking on frined name. #7

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I just double-clicked on a friend's name and instead of having a message 
dialog popup, the 
program crashed. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A send-message dialog should have appeared. Instead, crash.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
OSX 10.4.8

Please provide any additional information below.

Is there a crash log available (it should be at 
~/Library/Logs/CrashReporter/MacLive.crash.log)?  If so, please 
attach it to this ticket.  I'm unable to reproduce the issue so I'll need that 
log to make a fix.

I was able to track this down and fix it for V4.
