Change "assigned to" names to tags #59

@kuomaple Is this referring to when the user is editing or when the task is in it's default or view state?

@Gowiem For now, tags only when the user is editing/assigning names.

We talked a little bit today about potentially having names show up as tags in the default/view state, but I'm gonna do a wireframe high-fidelity mock-up first to make sure that's what we want.

@kuomaple I was gonna suggest that. I feel like it will be too loud if we're showing tags in the default/view state. Plus the user doesn't interact with them so it might be confusing to users.

@Gowiem Yeah, that makes a lot of sense. I think it could be confusing too. I'll work on a mockup and we can discuss it on Tuesday.

@Gowiem I think it's too distracting. If we were to implement them, they should be blue because active assignee = blue, but having it blue in the regular view calls too much attention.

I think we should stick to what we have now in the regular/detailed view.

@Gowiem Do you have time before tomorrow to make the default task view have multi-colored assignees? (See image.) I'm putting together the RISE poster and wanted to include some screenshots of the site.
