Drop downs should have a border and shouldn't transition #80

Drop downs right now (project/account) get lost with the background until you scroll over a link. I think giving them a border would help.

Also, I don't like the way the transition property on them causing them to 'blink' into existence. It looks ugly as hell. I suggest we either make a fade down transition or get rid of it all together.

@Gowiem - Sorry my bad, the settings are from Flat UI. I did notice it but I never got around to changing it. Will work on this soon.

Fixed for the most part, but I'm having trouble getting links to not have a rounded border on hover. I tried using last-child but for some reason all the links are last-child. Will probably need your help tomorrow regarding this @Gowiem
