Treat wound to Healer's Kit use #29

Replace treat wound innate with depleting a potion like item that can be used to treat wounds based on heal skill Should work for herbalists as well

Prob just have effects for healing based on heal and treat poisons etc based on herbalism

Replace minor healing potions with these kits

Should be 'wands' or 'food' as they didn't be 'drinkable'

Maybe do the same with alchemist and mechanical items, as well...

Done (it's a potion for now. WIll give option to replace potion of healing w/healer's kit)
