Use Wands (tier limited by rank level)
Recharge/craft wands (see emulate spell for non-casters)

Will also create more cleric wands

Prepare Components: Ground down gems to create components for wands (recharge and creation). The higher the skill, the more efficient the process (i.e. the greater quantity of 'x dust', where x = diamonds, emeralds, etc.)
