I followed the issue to solve 4214 by patching UA. After that, I encountered this error on the launch screen

it is sure that Genshin is connected to localhost

other information: game version: 3.1.0 Cultivation version: 1.0.10 grasscutter.jar version: 1.4.0 Resource version: 3.1.0

This is not due to Cultivation. Verify your game files or ask in the Discord server if that doesn't work.
