Internal Proxy Exceptions #62

Add this to the proxy exceptions so that we can use discord with cultivation. https://*.discord.com;https://*.discordapp.net;https://discord.gg/*;https://*.discordapp.com;https://*.discordapp.net;https://*.discordapp.net;https://*.discord.media;https://*.discord.gift/* image I tried to search in registry after what store these values but weren't able to find it

From what i have found it should be in ProxyOverride but i couldn't find anyhting and when i create the value and add data to it then it just disable the whole proxy thing.
