Perhaps this can be done with a special field that could be added to the View, similar to what Gravity Forms already have on the back end: https://docs.gravityforms.com/resend-notifications/

I vote for a GravityView field that adds a button/link to the View. Once GravityActions supports GravityView, perhaps a checkbox then.
