In a people directory, if someone doesn't have a photograph, it can look strange. There's just an empty gap where a person's picture should be.
It's possible to set this up using some advanced conditional logic or [gvlogic] usage, but it sure would be nice to have a setting built into the field itself.
[ ] Add a setting for "Default Image" or similar
[ ] Integrate with the WordPress media manager for the file picking
