This PR converts normal workflow to reusable workflow which will create a task in the GravityKit Planning project on PR opened / reopened action.
We have also changed the personal access token secret name from ADD_TO_PROJECT_PAT to ADD_TO_PROJECTS_PAT

Once this PR is merged into develop and eventually in main branch, we will start using this reusable workflow in other repositories.
