Allow bulk-download of files #1955

Allow bulk-downloading files that have been uploaded to different entries, similar to how https://documentlibrary.barn2.com/ does it:

  1. Add a checkbox column (related)
  2. Check the entries you want
  3. Select bulk-download from an action dropdown value

This would only work on the Table/DataTables layout.
