Add view: first time making view info-box #2043

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The first time you create a view, whilst you might go through some onboarding through seeing the video, or academy, you might also end up on the 'add' screen and a little lost.

Describe the solution you'd like Add an information message to the top to gently guide. This could have more information in it than is shown, or it could be tested with different content.

Describe alternatives you've considered There could be a larger callout box, but for now a simpler info-box message would work.
