Describe the Issue

It's time to bump 7.2 => 7.4!

[x] Bump PHP minimum version to 7.4
[x] Update unit tests to 7.4
[ ] Add PHP 8.2 as a tested version (related to #1999)
[x] Update acceptance tests to 7.4 (@Mwalek, please update)
[x] Update EDD requirements (@zackkatz)
