Issues in the View settings UI #2224

Describe the Issue

  1. If one of the form titles is long enough, selecting "Display A Form" in Settings -> Multiple Entries -> No Entries Behavior causes the UI to break.

  2. The zebra striping in View settings does not recalculate correctly when new fields are added dynamically.

Thanks for that, @zahardev. This has been bugging me forever. This also happens when you resize the window.
