Add compatibility notice for Formidable Pro #819

Issue: the edit entry page doesn't work if Formidable Pro is active.

Waiting for a license to test it further...

Formidable Views code uses this to get the entry slug; we could filter the post meta if we needed to.

Related to the ability to change endpoints (issue #1912)

Fixed by changing the /entry/ slug to something else.

Since we have a solution (change the entry slug), and no other reports of this problem, I'm closing the issue.

This issue still happens as of GV 2.19.3! We should display a notice.
