sc2reader broken for new replays #203

Example error: 'utf-8' codec can't decode byte 0xc8 in position 9: invalid continuation byte when reading a replay

this repo is no longer being maintained, and https://github.com/ggtracker/sc2reader is the current fork. have you tried using that? if you're still running into issues, you can post the issue on that repo (with a replay if possible)
