Leviathan: Smoke & Fire Locations #204

Here are the smoke & fire locations for the Leviathan which I don't believe were actually finished since they don't make a lot of sense.

I've included and recommend using the custom alternate locations so the fire isn't directly in the turret's seat like it originally is in UT3.

Yea, some vehicles do feel rushed in cases like this...
