User Story: Sort list by date #5

As a user I can sort the list of places by date, to see what places have been recently added.

Acceptance Criteria

User can sort list by date (newest first).
Sort by date is default option.

Tasks

[ ] Create an anchor link in the template that sends a 'sort' query.
[ ] Update the view to include 'sort' selection in the context.
