User Story: Read Comment #8

As a user I am able to read my own and other user comments, to be inspired to visit a place.

Acceptance Criteria

Comments are displayed in the details page.
Comment form submission redirects user to details page, so it can be read.

Tasks

[x] Loop through place.comments.all in the detail template.
[x] Form submission refreshes the 'gem_detail' URL and displays new user comments.
