Update README - add example data section #15

This PR is intended to reassure users at two points:

  1. That the example data is not actually corrupt, you just need the permissive=True keyword argument and can ignore that warning, and
  2. The pycurv warnings about the maximum curvature are expected, and not a sign of a problem.

Addresses https://github.com/GrotjahnLab/surface_morphometrics/issues/9 (maybe doesn't completely close the issue, we still might want to wait for the mrcfile maintainers to respond to the linked issue so we can fix the file header properly)
