More Gazebo Track World Needed #25

As the title says, we are looking to add a few more autocross/trackdrive tracks to test the autonomous system. Some instructions of the procedure on Gazebo world building can be found here. The tracks should somewhat adhere to the FSAI track rules.

Four new tracks added in Branch:landmark_slam. Including 2 standard IMechE FSAI autocross track (1 long and 1 short), Acceleration track, Skidpad track.
