UI sound feedback #15

Seems like UI sound feedback has been disabled in this firmware. It make sense to mention that fact as well as describe how to restore it if required.

Al ready mentionned in changelog : Added a command to control screen buzzer : M114 B0 & M500 to disable sound, M114 B1 & M500 to enable sound. By default sound is disabled.
